18th April braces come off

Below is summary of my timelines.
02-Aug-13 top damon braces put on top. Timeline estimate 9-12 months.
06-Sep-13 Second Appointment,change wire
12-Sep-13 Had to go back to have build ups increased as they had wore away
27-Sep-13 Third appointment, change wire
10-Oct-13 4th appointment. Bottom braces on, top wire change, button put on inside top and drop in hooks on bottom. Got elastics to use after a few days. Put elastics on that night.
01-Nov-13 5th appointment, change wire top and bottom and new button - this time on the inside right, same elastics for both sides. Still quail.
19-Nov-13 ran out of quail elastics. Sent me rabbit elastics in post
29-Nov-13 6th appointment - 2 wires changed, drop in hook replaced. 2 new bags of rabbit elastics.
31-Dec-13 Got new bag elastics sent
07-Jan-14 Got 2 new wires. A Bottom bracket repositioned. Bit of a polish due to staining. New bag of Quail! Rabbit have done the job now using quail in order to maintain new position and not move any further. Turbos were shaved down a bit.
12-Jan-14 button came away on right, so no elastic on right. rang destist. Its ok nothing needs to be done.
14-Jan-14 rest of button removed on right. new drop in hook on right, now quail from outside to outside on right. continue with quail on left button.
07-Feb-14 Button removed. No more need for elastics. Turbos scrapped down again. New estimate for getting braces off is April sometime. Next appointment 3 weeks.
28-Feb-14 2 new wires, top and bottom and powerchains on top
28-Mar-14 wires replaced for same. Power chain replaced. Bit of filing on bottom front and power chain across on bottom 8. One bracket removed thats not being used. Braces coming off 18th April.

I also have the same Damon set up bur you seem to have visits and adjustments much closer together than I. I wonder if I could get more frequent adjustments to speed up the process?! Wishful thinking. Again, they look Fab!

I think im one of the lucky ones in that my teeth /arch moved predictably so ortho knew exactly what would happen and when so time between appointments was optimised

That is awesome! April 18th at 8:30 am i get my braces put on!! It is like you are passing the torch, or maybe the conservation of braces. braces can neither be created nor destroyed haha. Congrats on being finished with your treatment.
