One tooth shifted - what to do?

Hi,
I finally got my braces off last month after a few years. I had a clear retainer on the top, lingual on the bottom. The other week I noticed that one of my teeth was SLIGHTLY pushed back. I wasn't sure whether that could have been because I bit into something that shifted the tooth back or if the lingual wire wasn't strong enough. I tell my ortho about this yesterday and he looks at it and says he can put back the braces on the bottom 6 teeth and have it straightened out within 2 appointments. However, I am moving this weekend to work about 5 hours away from my orthodontist, so if I were to go this route it would be really hard to figure out timing. Isn't there some way around this so that i can realign the teeth? Like can't he just make me a plastic retainer since they do have molds of my mouth?
Thanks
