Im interested in trying this out but has anyone had experiance of using it? Does it make teeth shades whiter ? How long does results last for? Are their risks involved? Im not interested in Zoom whitening as i prefer the take home option, as you can take the syringes and whiten them at home.

It's pretty straightforward. You get a form-fitting tray (that works much better than anything you get at the grocery store) and put bleach in it for the directed time every day. You'll probably have sensitive teeth during the process; at the least use sensitive toothpaste. The risk of harm to your teeth is basically zero as long as you follow directions.
The results and how long they last depend on a lot of factors that are impossible to guess, but it usually works pretty well. (Note: It does not EVER work on composite fillings, tetracycline stains, or porcelin restorations; only actual tooth.)
