Bottoms go on tommorow at 2!! color suggestions

Hey,

So tomorrow at two my bottom braces are going on. I'm excited to get working on them but not looking forward to getting used to them. The top was like two week not talking right and I'm hoping the bottoms are not as bad. I have ceramic on top and go with pearl all the time, which I am happy with. It will be traditional metal on bottom so I want awesome colors. Why not right??? So any suggestions? I am leaning towards teal or light blue or something along those lines. How do those colors stain or fade a few weeks in? Any other suggestions for fun summer colors? We all need to rock summer time with awesome colors!

I always get light blue. It's not too bright and noticeable but it's just enough to make my teeth look brighter/whiter. It does stain, but it's not nearly as bad as the clear or white ligs, especially if you're a coffee drinker. Rather than looking totally dingy, it just ends up looking like a duller light blue in my experience.

bjohnson207, sounds like we have the same philosophy. I have ceramic on top with pearl ligs, but on the bottom I have metal brackets with pink ligs right now. I have my first adjustment on Monday so I'm thinking I'm going to go with purple and blue on the bottom. When I was getting my consultations, I wasn't sure if I wanted ceramic or metal braces but now I feel like I have the best of both worlds.

I like purple on the bottom. Its enough to add a little color and if I dont want anyone to see them its easy enough to hide.

Pink colors resist staining pretty well, actually, especially darker pink.

I have the light pink and I haven't noticed any staining at all. That comes from someone who drinks 2+ black coffees or teas a day.

I have tried many colours and rainbow is still my favourite! I have teal and pink right now and I'm not really liking it. As for staining, pretty much all the coloured bands are resustant to staining. I eat curry, tomato sauce, pretty much everything that stains and I've had no problems, unlike my elastic bands that stain really easily.

Went with Aqua. Love the color. Braces will take some time. Feels like got a dip in.. Haha

I'm still stuck on purple. For girls, think pink look the best.

I pick different colours each monthly adjustment. I think the teal, blues and greens look great. I couldn't stand black....looked like I had a tobacco chewing habit. I've got red at the moment but they make your teeth look yellowish!!! I've had no problems with staining. I have power chains so I can't pick and mix like I used to.....i gave up clear on top after one month. I love the colour....brightens up the horrid process. I intend to try every colour. Fluro yellow was pretty cool! Have fun.
