Brace newbie 10 years later!

Hi all, had braces when I was 14 for 19 months but was told to stop wearing retainer after 12 months. Teeth have moved (not majorly but I notice it) and am getting married next august so had fast braces fitted yesterday! Looking at 4months treatment I think. Feeling very sore, achey and self conscious! Any pearls of wisdom? Xx

Youve done this before and made it out alive so you should be fine. Four months is an excellent treatment time. i hope its not costing you too much money. I hope it all goes well. and this time, if you get a retainer, just wear it every night for the rest of your life lol thatll keep you from having to ever do this again. :) good luck on your treatment

4 months will fly by! Just think how great your wedding pictures will look! :D
