Can a premolar be rotated 180 degrees into correct alignment

Hi,
My ortho extracted 4 bicuspids, but now with the front teeth coming back a bit and the rear also coming up. I noticed that the tooth behind the bicuspid on my left side (which came out 180 degrees backwards) looks really bad to me.

Because the big side is on the inside of my mouth and the small side faces the outside. When I smile it looks like a tooth is missing.
My ortho said he would mot rotate it, but now that ot is more visible I feel like something has to be done.

Opinions, thank you

And I was curious if it could be pulled, and put back in the correct way, would the roots grab again?

I think that much rotation would blow the "anchorage budget" and lead to root resorption.

The most likely outcome of an extraction where the tooth is re-inserted "backwards" is the loss of the tooth, because the roots won't line up.

Perhaps you'll be a canidate for a big honkin' veneer or other bonded restoration so the tooth surface lines up with the rest.

Wow!
I wanted to update this post. My ortho recognized the issue, put 2 brackets on the molar and another on the back of one of my incisors and two chains pulling in opposing directions.
Now after so long, it's been rotated enough to put a bracket on.
It's so weird because I was so used to biting my tounge with that tooth and playing with it.

Interesting. I thought initially the dr didn't want to rotate it? What caused the change?

Ortho simply agreed to rotate it.
