Terrified of a dry socket!!

On monday I had BSSO and a mandibular set back, and lower right and left wisdom tooth extraction, I cant even brush my teeth properly just been using an antispectic mouth wash, I am all swollen near my wisdom teeth ( i know this is normal)but i keep getting bad pains near it too
I am on 10ml of co-amoxiclav (wrong spelling) 3 times a day, but im still scared that im gonna get an infection.
how likley is it im gonna get an infection

It's my understanding that if you have a dry socket, you'll know pretty quickly. If you don't have one now, you probably won't get one.

Just remember to keep good care of your mouth. Rinse with warm salt water after every meal. Don't swish it around though! What I did was tilt my head around so the water would go around my mouth. Also, don't drink water through a straw nor spit, that could cause a dry socket because of the pressure change in your mouth when you spit or suck. Don't do strenuous activities like running or walking long distances. No jumping, either!! If you don't develop a dry socket after 4-5 days I don't think you'll develop. All these from personal experiences. :) All the best!
