Metal Mouth Message Board

This is my second week of spacers. I know they're uncomfortable, but it feels like little knife edges sticking out of my teeth! Of course I can't stop touching them with my tongue. Can I put wax or something on them?

Don't know how well wax would stick, but it shouldn't hurt anything to try.
