Braces off.. tooth pain and Loose teeth?

So my "6 month braces" have been off for about a week im not wearing retainers(not happy with results)

Im getting sharp pains on my lower teeths when i put preassure against them... anybody know what this pain is?

Pain when i bite onto food .. not pain when i drink something hot or cold... just pain when i apply preassure.

Bear in mind i had alot of unnessasry IPR done if that makes a difference?

It sucks because i was looking forward to eat things that i need to bite into from the front... only to find out it hurts


Also if i touch my lower teeth they seem to move slightly when i apply preassure? Are my teeth going to fall out ? Have they become weak? Because of becoming thin from IPR

the wiggling could potentially be a degree of root resorption, but considering you just had them taken off it can resolve itself. just keep an eye on it and have new xrays taken to rule anything out!
