Supposed to be under 6 months left, but really I'm not in a hurry and I will be thrilled as long as I don't have them on for my vacation in 2018 (some time in July; as we go around then every year; my estimated treatment time ends in August so I will have braces for the vacation this year); and that is only part of my journey since I will get 2 permanent implants as well (one front and one molar).

I have a Pontic (fake tooth) in the front now and that's why I have the gap and my gums look weird above it (as I have nothing for a root there until I get the implant process started)

I hate the gap and looseness of the Pontic right now, but that's because the real front tooth moved the wrong way (i guess the bracket got loose) and they put a light wire in until my next appointment (next week)

One of my front teeth is a fake tooth and I have a big space near the back from a molar that got extracted after a filling came out and we didn't have thousands of dollars to restore it.

Ah yeah. What happened to the front tooth? I wouldn't worry about the back

Yes I have elastics and have since day one, as for the front tooth, it fell out when I fell out my face years ago, as far as implant cost, I can save money that used to go to my Orthodontist (since that's paid off) and use a flex card
