Normal to have sore teeth at random?

I just notice I will, at random, feel soreness in certain teeth. Usually this is when I am eating or drinking, or when I touch the tooth in question. Is this normal, and just the teeth moving? Or does it sound like something to be concerned about? The sore tooth can vary from day to day, so I'm being optimistic, but I worry about cavitities. It's been a while since my last adjustment and it'll be another while since my next one.

Yes it's normal. Happens all the time for me as well.
