Braces made my two front teeth slanted

Hello everyone! I need to know if anyone has had any issues with their braces making their two front teeth slanted. My ortho put steel ties on my front four teeth and a powerchain on my two front teeth along with the O-rings. Now, my two front teeth are slanted, but my gap is still closing. I asked my ortho about it and he said dont worry it will be fixed in the end, but i need reassurance that im not the only one going through this. I want to know how this will be corrected if anyone knows.

Did you have teeth extracted? I have heard this happens when they are. I don't speak from experience but someone should be able to chime in.

No teeth extracted. I still have my frenum in place, which it is getting removed next month though.

I’m dealing with this exact thing now! My teeth are super slanted. I believe in my ortho so I’m not too worried. It’s a slow process and they have to focus on one or two issues at a a time. Right now my midline and overbite are more important issues.
