Teeth just don't fit properly

Hi all, so this may sound a little weird, but I'm going to try and explain at best I can.
So, recently I started to realize that when I clench my teeth together, my back molars do not fit properly into each other. Especially, on my right side. I try to keep my mouth somewhat closed but not clenched because when I do, my teeth really hurt.
I can't wait to see my ortho on the 10th. Ish, don't know if I can take another week of this.
Has anything like this ever happened to you? What can I do about this?
Thanks for your replies!

Please don’t clench your teeth together—it’s not good for them.
While you’re in braces, your bite is always changing so there will be times where your bite/teeth just don’t fit together comfortably. It’s part of the process.
I’m in the homestretch of my journey, and my top left first premolar don’t fit comfortably for a few months. As a result, my bite was uncomfortable for a while. It’s only recently that it feels like it’s fitting in right (funnily it was a bend in the wire intended for my canine that seem to have fix it). So I would wait it out and see if anything changes in a few months.

Exactly! The moving of the molars is a part of the treatment itself. They have to reach a perfect Class I position but this at the end of the treatment. Your molars will move as well as the other teeth.

Thanks for the info Lovespain5 and Mpkh! I guess at this point I need to just commit and deal with it.

To get an ideal Class-I occlusion, first molars have to reach the following position (here my photo - as you can see my 4 first premolars had been out). My ortho explained that Class-I position of the molars reinforces the stability of the results so it is a necessary stage.
