Sliding genioplasty reversed now left with saggy jowls need help/marionette lines
Throughout the span of four years I had a sliding genioplasty done twice then completely reversed as projection was too far. Followed by t-osetomy with vline surgery and my chin looks small and petite and is actually perfect. but unfortunately now I have marionette lines. I tried to do facelift but it failed to addresse the issue. Is my only hope a chin implant or another sliding genioplasty? I'm scared to do another sliding genioplasty but I hate these marionette lines with a burning passion.

I am an RN with experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, but with such a complicated history I think the best bet is for you to consult with a plastic surgeon (perhaps a different one who did your original procedures). Best of luck to you.
