Thanks to Tin Man for suggesting this question. I thought it would be fun to make a poll.

Here is a photo of young Willy Wonka (from the film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory):

Only if I could play catcher at a Yankees game.

I'd wear it if it had a large positive effect on my health, not for just straightening the teeth.

I'd wear it if I only had to wear it when I was at home. I would not wear it outside of my home.

I wouldn't wear it even inside my house...oh the taunts from my family, that wouldn't work out too well. I would wear it in my room when I'm all alone, key word maybe, but other than that I wouldn't ever come near it.

That's when you switch orthos

The headgear looks pretty scary, but it's hard to see the braces themselves. If the braces are those old-fashioned banded style, I would REALLY not want to go there again, having worn those once before.

I said no way jose, but only because that would be SO uncomfortable! in te movie, he can barely even lick his lips! i have chapped lips already, that would make it UNBEARABLE! and if the wind was blowing it would hurt becuase my teeth are sensitive to hot and cold. I would wear it indoors if i coud close my mouth all the way. :D

Not only NO but HECK NO........ :soremouth:
Not inside nor outside. I would rather stay with crooked teeth. I also agree with waiting4braces... my lips are chapped enough now. I can just imagine with that horrendous contraption.
