flossing

#1 Post by fins »

How often do you floss now that you have braces? I am trying to floss everyday at least once, sometimes I get in flossing some teeth (the easy to reach ones) more than that but it is very time consuming for me. I do brush and use the interplak all the time, all day long. I want to floss more but it takes me so long!

broken record

#3 Post by bigant63 »

I hate to sould like a broken record. readers must not be going past the 1st page.

Would you like to try a flossFish? If your teeth are really close together(1/32 inch or more) it won't work for you but if they are any wider apart then it should cut down your floss time. look at thread viewtopic.php?t=5896 and decide if you would like to try it. I'm still going through trials so it's FREE to try. I just ask that you submit feedback. 25 mins is WAAAAAAAAY too long.

Thanks
AJ

I got one. I love it. There are still two places where I can't use it, but flossing is a breeze now! I just had to get used to "flipping" it to do the bottom teeth.

bigant...the posts come fast and furious here. I would understand if people don't go past the first page.

Truthfully ... I don't. Yesyes, slap on the wrist for me, but I never have, and now that it's even more hassle ... I just don't.

at first I flossed twice a day now after a year, only once because it's a pain. and takes forever. sometimes I won't floss at all if Im just too tired but I try not to do that cuz I dont want to have gnarly, cavitiy filled teeth.
