Gap Between two front teeth

#1 Post by kimberleena »

I have had braces for 1 year and three weeks now (and the stupid annoying nance for just as long). Over the past few weeks (and 2 adjustments) a very wide gap between my two front teeth is forming, and I am developing an annoying lisp (listhp!). Is this common?

I'm 27, and I am officially tired of my braces, the gaps, the adjustments, and the cleaning and flossing between wires. Everyone tells me it's worth it, I just can't stop complain about it!

Yours has been for long. Do you still have the extraction gaps, if you had the extraction?
Today, I completed two months in braces. I am seeing some gaps formed between the front teeth (both top and bottom) in last 2 weeks. I think it is because teeth will move inside to close the extraction gaps, and that's why the gaps are forming because of movements of front teeth.

I wish I am right!
