Use the search feature and you'll find tons of tips and hints.

It will be sore to play sax for a little while but you'll get used to it. I played trumpet and french horn with braces and once I adapted my embochure I had no problems. Good luck,

Take lip balm with you and use it before they start the procedure. They will stretch open your mouth for about an hour or so, so the lip balm will help.
