Powerchains

#1 Post by elissasmilz »

Well, I became the latest wearer of powerchains today. I got home from the ortho about 2 hours ago and can feel teh pressure today as much as my first day in braces. I'm guessing I'm in for a few days of soreness. All in the name of progress, I guess.

Its not so bad today, but the say after i got it, OMG  it was worse then i thought it would be, so just take lots of advil and you'll be okay, the pain goes aways amazing fast, and so does the gaps LoLz
