"Stupid" question

#1 Post by Cissa »

Yes, I know, no question is a stupid question.

I'd like to know, what is the purpose of elastics? I never had them, but I might need them depending on what they do. Also, I'm just curious as to their purpose. Thanks!

You are right about no question being a stupid one :D Elastics can be used for several different purposes, usually to move your bite around, pull it down, etc. A lot of people get them soon before debanding, although I have heard of some people getting them the day they are braced. Then again, some don't even get elastics at all...now I'm rambling  Hope I helped!
