I havn't posted in a long time so I thought Id update you on my progress.
Im done turning my key for my expander and when I went in the doc said everything was going well.
I got 4 spacers in my bottom molars and had them in for about 2 weeks. I felt them but not enough to make me not eat:)
yesterday I just got bottom braced with grey ligs. I noticed movement about 4 hours after getting them in. I have a about a millimetre gap between my two front bottom teeth now. Im so excited. they are a bit tender, but again, not tender enough to stop me from eating! I have to wait till mid april to get this expander off so I can get my tops done. I can't wait!!
