Time is just dragging on....

It feels like I have had these braces for a year, lol.....I am getting very bored because the appts are very spaced out....it's like "See ya in 8 wks"

I have another adjustment Wednesday and I'm thrilled. I like when my teeth hurt b/c I know something is happening!! They look so straight but my arch is still rounded too much.

I'm ready for some action! LOL!

I know, I know. Everytime I have an adjustment appointment (5 total now) I stand there and wait for the ortho to tell me how long until my next adjustment and I just cringe when he tells me. If he says 4 weeks I am like, "yay!" and if he says six weeks, I am like "darn!". I haven't had an 8 weeker yet but I know they are coming. I have had my appointments spaced out fairly often because we were trying to rotate 1 tooth around.

I know the feeling. I've been braced for just over a month and have been ready to see some changes. Until now, I could only feel them but couldn't really see them. I went in for a cleaning today and mentioned that to the hygenist. She was like "What are you talking about?" She pulled up my pre-ortho pix on the computer, gave me a mirror and tilted my head up and then down. Wow -- there's a huge change! But you can't tell when I'm looking straight ahead, lol!

I know what you mean. Most of my appointments instead of being a months or so apart are like 7 weeks apart now and its getting so old.

I kinda liked when my appointments were far apart. For the last 3-4 months each of my appointments were about 2 weeks apart. Every time my mouth recovered from being sore, another appointment would be right around the corner. Eating soft foods for half a month every month is no good either, so look at the bright side
