Chicago Surgeon Recommendation

Hi all,
After having orthodontics that partially corrected my open bite, due to discomfort, functional and aesthetic reasons I'm considering jaw surgery. Besides the open bite, I have a recessed and crooked jaw with some pain/clicking in the joint on the right side. (I also have a deviated septum if that is of any relevance.) Trying basic google searches for possible surgeons seems useless so stumbling upon this forum is a god-send. Searching here I haven't been able to find good recommendations on an excellent orthognathic surgeon in the Chicago area. I've read about Gunson & Arnett, but them being in CA makes it a bit impractical. Are there any surgeons with expertise on the level of Gunson/Arnett who practice in the Chicago area?
