What To Eat

I am having SARPE on 19July. I have already managed to loose about 10 pounds from braces and the RPE. Does anyone have suggestions for what to eat before and after surgery to not completely shut down your metabolism??

Lots of mash potatoes and kraft macaroni and cheese is what I ate after I had the SARPE surgery. Also stuff like pudding and ice cream and soup are also good. Pretty much whatever your body will let you have. Just listen to what your body tells you. If you have any pain when eating something specific then you know that you probably should not be eating that. Even though you will be suprised at how easy and pain free the surgery is, it still is a pretty major surgery and your body will need time to rest and recooperate. Good Luck!!!
