Before SARPE & After Pics

Here are some pictures before SARPE.





And here are photos 6 weeks after SARPE. I moved 12mm and have a nice BIG gap. I got braces on the top a week ago but my ortho won't start moving my front teeth together for another 2 weeks.





December 13th we start closing the gap.
January 13th the expander comes out...YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Great photos! That is one heck of a gap you have going on there - it must make you feel great to see such progress. Your new arch looks amazing! How long will you have the expander in total?

I see by your dates you must be starting to close that gap up now. SO excited for you!!!

I went to my ortho on Tuesday the 13th. We are starting to close the gap!!! I use wax to help cover the gap, since I had to return to work about 3 weeks ago. It has already closed about 2-3mm, my ortho just has a band going from one bracket to the other on my front teeth, and I change it twice a day.

I have one more month until the expander comes out. I'm going to party!!

Things are going good...it is just a slow and long process but in the end it will be great.

Good luck to all of those who have this surgery coming up or who have recently had it. Hang in there it gets a lot better!
