Basically a review of previous studies on nearly everything to do with orthognathic surgery. Probably good for pre-op people. Possibly less good for post-op people, because you don't want to become obsessed with your own potential problems -- that could make things worse.
I have only read parts of it, but it seems very complete. Authored in Finland!
