Well what can I say, its a weird feeling, especially the two little wires behind my front teeth top and bottom (which apparently stay there forever now)

No slimy feeling though :yuck:

I haven't got my retainers yet but they will be clear ones, wearing only at night, didn't get a choice, though I did get a voucher for a photo shoot and print and a bottle of champagne from the ortho...:P

First bite wasn't actually that exciting, Im still struggling to chew on my right side :(

It was a fab feeling having salad with spinach yesterday for lunch and not having to pick spinach out of the braces! :D

WHAT a nice congratulatory gift from your ortho! Really! What a nice parting gesture from an orthodontist :) !

Sorry to hear about the right side trouble----I trust there is nothing the matter and that it just needs more time?

Will you please have some corn on the cob for me and give me the blow by blow? I forgot.

It is so interesting that you were automatically given the 'invisiline' type retainer. It never ceases to amaze me how different each ortho does things.

Don't be a stanger now!!!!!

Oh how lovely! Thank you so much for linking to those; very inspiring.

Why are you still having bite trouble though?
