Resuming exercise after LeFort?

I had SARPE/Lefort done this past Tuesday. I'm wondering what the average wait time is before I can start exercising again. Light aerobics such as cycling, walking or an elliptical. I know weight training is out for 3 months. I'm wondering how long other people waited.

I had a Lefort I in mid December with septoplasty/turbinectomy too. I started walking in January, but I waited to do anything more like the elliptical or bike until February, and didn't start running again until March because the nose just felt jiggly:) Jaw felt fine, but nose, no... I didn't start weights again till April but this was personal preference not doctor orders.
