Unwired Today

I was finally unwired today after four weeks. I lost more weight than I should have, but it got to a point that I could not stomach anything. It was probably a mental thing more than anything else. That was the longest four weeks of my life. I am now on soft foods. I am so glad to be off liquids. I do not want to see soup or ice cream for a long time. I am now in bands. So good so far.

Congrats! I am jealous

I have bands but they are not for removing so still all liquid for me. I am grateful that I am stomaching the pureed foods pretty well and while I can't wait to eat a hamburger again (I definitely want some MEAT), it doesn't give me nightmares or anything. I still have three more weeks to go so maybe by then I'll have changed my mind and go bonkers waiting.

ME TOO!!!! I didn't realize i signed up for forced vegetarianism. HAHA!! Now that I'm on "no-chew" I've started to figure out how to get some meat. Unfortunately it's tuna. There's a burger place a block away from me and it smells soooooo good.
