Hey there, recovery is going well. Most of the feeling has returned except for my lower lip and chin are still swollen and numb :-( Ah well, it's been only 2 weeks. Now I'm just biding my time til this stupid splint gets taken out. Thanks for asking.

Impacted wisdom teeth extraction surgery: June 20th 2008 1pm (13 hours of fasting)
Jaw surgery (upper and lower)Lefort 1 with Madable Advancement: June 2nd 2009 @8am!!!! 1 surgery down 2 surgeries to go!!
debrace day: jan 18th 2010!!!! *has 2 fixed retainers and an essix retainer for night time now!

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! YOU LOOK SO GREAT!!!!!! I am so happy for you! You look like a differnet person! Your before and after pics are getting me excited for my surgery! Again you look so great! :D

Wow, your after picture looks great! How far did they move your jaw forward? Mine was moved forward about 8 mm (that was the estimate - I didn't ask how far forward they actually moved it during the surgery)

Hmm, I'm not sure how far they moved my jaw, but I know the genio was 6mm.
