Thank you Dayeangphurr! I had the surgery to correct my sleep apnea but I love the new look.
Did your medical insurance cover the surgery?

Yes. My insurance covered my jaw surgery but only because I had a severe enough overbite and jaw deformity. They would not cover it for the sleep apnea alone.

Who is your insurance provider if you don't mind me asking?

Is that an HMO or PPO?

It is an HMO Open Access. I can go to any doctor in the network without a referral.

Oh wow. I am hoping they can cover mine although is like 2 years from now because my jaw is very deformed. I have a thread with my pictures, you can go see and tell me what you think.

I just looked at your pics, crazybeautiful, and it's like a female me! I think our pre-op bites were about the exact same. I hope that once I heal my "after" looks as good as yours...you got great results!

I can't believe I am putting these photo's up - they make me cringe, but I have to bite the bullet at some stage.

With the photo's I made sure I just pulled my hair back and no makeup! I still look like a duck and still swollen, especially in the top lip and also on the right side. I had upper and lower jaw surgery, genioplasty and widening of my nasal passage (will find out exactly what he did to my nose in about 2 weeks)

Excuse the greasy look on my face in the next 2 shots, I ended up with a rash and had the cream on.
