Swelling between chin and neck area

Had Lefort 1, BSSO, and Genio a week ago. I have a large amount of swelling in the area between my chin and neck. It looks like I have turkey neck or a double chin. Anything I can do to reduce the swelling in this area.

Ice ice baby ! (vanilla ice) lolll Joke. Ice will help alot with swelling. Start with ice and the in a couple of days you can trade ice with hot towel to help circulation. That what i have done when i had sarpe.

Ice is great for the first couple of days but I'm not sure it'll help much with swelling after a week.

My tips: sleep upright, drink plenty, and move around lots
