Looks like a very mild class II bite with some light crowding, I'd say. Her front incisors tip inwards as a result of dental compensation.

In Kirsten's case her bite and facial aesthetics are normal, look at other pics of her with a relaxed mouth and smiling. Only teeth issue she has is her "snaggletooth" which can easily be corrected with orthodontics.

Well she had an obvious underbite then and she doesn't now, so I'd guess orthognathic surgery.
