BETTER! Im having the same surgery too, so it better make me 10X better!

I made a prediction to what you would look like after the surgery. Its a very rough prediction because i dont know how mnay surgeries you are having or have no expertise in orthognathis surgery  But i hope you like the rough idea i made, just to reassure you will look better

You already look pretty, especially with your hair down in that big pic. But you will be even better because your chin wont be so prominent from side view.

Your appearance would will definatley improve with braces/surgery. In my opinion I think you should ask your orthodontist and oral surgeron to have upper jaw surgery to move the upper forward because you have a flatness to your face, lower to reduce the length of you lower jaw and a chin to tuck away your chin a bit. You would be extremely happy with your result once the healing has taken place.

P.S the upper, lower and chin surgery would happen all at once

I'm an "underbiter" as well and I'm going through the process too. I also have an open bite, but that's a different story.

You look great already and you'll only look even better afterwards. Don't even think about the appearance part though. The most important thing is that your teeth will last longer and you'll have less problems if you do this. Believe me, I inherited my jaw from my Dad and he ended up having to get all of his teeth pulled due to his molars being worn down. I'm 34 and I wish I would have done this sooner and you'll be glad if you go through with it now instead of later.

Good luck to you.
