Did your upper lip get shortened? I mean, can you ask for that?

Gee, if I was an oral surgeon, I'd leave that kind of work to a plastic surgeon, and even then only well after you are healed from the jaw surgery. I don't see the upper lip handling the trauma very well if done at the same time, since it has to rub against your top braces, splint, and it's attaching tie wires.
