Experiences with double jaw MMA for sleep apnea?

Anyone else here have it? What was the experience like and are you happy with the results and aesthetic changes? Would love to speak to someone if possible.

I'm in for the responses. I hope my surgery next year will take care of my bite issues and my OSA at the same time.
Round 3 (lifetime) Damon stainless applied 3/16/20 (after 4 weeks attempting invisalign) On for about 18 months
Night time elastics with invisalign retainers; still...
Double jaw surgery was 6/18/15...
Orthodontics never really ends...
I'm emphatically against extraction orthodontics!
