Las Vegas, Nevada Surgeons?
I am looking for a surgeon in Las Vegas, Nevada. I did go to a few consults, but I am still unsure of who to go to because I need double jaw surgery, which seems kind of complicated. I am curious to know from others experience who they would recommend in Las Vegas! Hopefully someone can help!

I had upper jaw surgery done at Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery. While I avoided a hospital stay for just one jaw, I'm not sure if you'll need to stay overnight in a hospital for double jaw.

Hey!!
Thanks for replying again!
The upper jaw they are impacting up and the lower jaw is going to be moved forward and cross-way, to fix overbite and slight/minor crossbite, not sure how complicated this will be. What's interesting is I noticed on the insurance claim they (the surgeon) sent and I received back a copy from the insurance is that it says " Outpatient Hospital". So, I guess that means the surgeon didn't have it planned for me to stay overnight, which is good news! Not sure if Dr. Holtzen and Dr. Johnson both use the surgical suite though, I think that Dr. Johnson might use it only. That or the assistant was unaware that the surgery could be preformed at the surgical suite. Is the surgical suite in a different building than the two offices?

No problem. The surgical suite is part of the office so it's not in a separate building. My understanding is that both doctors operate at the suite and they don't charge you extra for having it done in the suite either: it's included in the surgeon's fee. I would call and ask to speak to Debbie Price: she's quite knowledgeable about the procedures involved (she's the surgical coordinator).
