Jaw Popping 7 weeks after surgery

Hey, Im 7 weeks into recovery and had double jaw surgery and genio for my underbite, everything is going well however my jaw has been popping ever since my splint was taken out at week 6. Whenever I open my mouth wide to stretch and do my exericses or I open to try and chew on soft food, my jaw will pop, is this something that is normal and to be expected? I never had such issues before my surgery, I am very stressed, I see my surgeon in 2 weeks and didn't mention it to him before at my last appoitnment.

Hello, I'm not as far along as you with recovery, i'm almost 2 weeks, anyway i have all kinds of cracking and popping going on and my surgeon told me its completely normal. I would still ask to double check of corse but i wouldn't worry about it.
