Lower jaw is slightly vertical which causes receding chin but my occlusal plane isn't steep

How could ccw rotation be achieved? Is it even possible? Would I have to just settle for a bsso and genioplasty?

Wouldn't be possible if your occlusal plane is flat. Do you have vertical maxillary excess? A CCW would make your smile appear ghoulish because your teeth would go down instead of up. How much movement are you needing?

Yea my surgeon said it would look weird. Instead he is planning on moving lower jaw forward 3mm and genioplasty 7mm. I'm a little relieved I don't need any le fort surgery but worried that my profile would look too concave.
