Lefort I + Genioplasty

I know my condition probably is quite rare because i've never read anyone who went through the same procedure as me, even after reading tons of pages on jawsurgeryblog/forums and over here I've yet to seen one.

I have a extremely protruding maxilla & gummy smile and a recessed chin. Due to the fact my surgeon is going to push my maxilla back, there's insufficient space to do a bsso.

I would like to hear any inputs anyone has regarding this, and has anyone went through the same procedure before?

What specifically are you looking for? Someone who was also told there's insufficient space to do a BSSO? Cuz many of us on here had LeFort I with impaction and genioplasty.
