Can anyone hear liquids drip inside their moith?

Hey guys just recovering from my surgery and was wondering if this is usual. If I apply a heating pad to my face I can hear my swelling stream down inside lol.

That sounds pretty disturbing... Where is the fluid dripping from/to?
