It's mostly negative when you read about double jaw surgery.

Yesssss!!! Most of the satisfied people just go about their merry lives afterwards. Usually people only stick around on here if they’re continuing to have issues. Otherwise they simply move on

It's about 10 months since jaw surgery, I'm about a month away from getting my braces off. I'm extremely happy I chose to get double jaw surgery, I can actually eat food properly now, biting and all.
My SO and friends tell me my face is much more natural/better looking now as well. Big pluses all around. Can't wait to get these braces off though. I post a lot of pics/notes in my blog also.
