Face caught in shirt last night, 10 wks post op

So, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's done this, but as I was taking my sweatshirt off last night, the upper part of my head got kind of caught in the hole as I was taking it off, so I tugged my face a bit in the process of getting it off. I'm 10 weeks post op today (Lefort I+ genio). Everything just feels so connected, and I'm afraid of every little thing messing something up. Probably silly to be so concerned about this so far out. Has anybody else done something similar? Trying not to email my surgeon over every little thing haha

10 weeks? All the bones have been healed for a couple weeks.
