Can you get Sarpe and Double jaw surgery at the same time?

My orthodontic treatment is done, but my oral surgeon has let me know that my upper jaw may need expansion surgery as well as jaw surgery. Are you able to get jaw surgery and jaw expansion at the same time. I read that you have to wait a year and 8 months, and I will not be able to do that so I am hoping there’s a way to do both at the same time?
