I know what you mean about the retainers, Ive had mine for almost 2 weeks now (didnt get them immediately after getting the braces off, so the ortho was posting them to me, except they got lost and had to be remade)
I have both essix and I hate them, luckily though I only have to wear them at night every night for 6 months and then every other night for 6
