Sorry to hear of your troubles. For what it's worth I also likely have fibrous union. I had Lefort and BSSO about a year ago and still have major mobility in my upper teeth and maxilla. Initially this was ascribed to orthodontics but now it seems to be something more.
The second operation that Phil underwent is also being prescribed for me. Re-operate, prepare bone for union and include a graft from hip area. I registered at AW to see if anyone else had a similar issue. Fortunately fibrous union is rare. However, it's quite unfortunate for those few who experience it.

Thanks for the advice and support guys. I'll have to keep a close eye on things and make plans to get some second opinions. I'd like to have my surgeon in Seoul see things, as he was the guy who was actually in there with the blood and bone, but that's an expensive trip back. I wish I were still living in Korea, if just for this reason.
