Yay! Too bad you had to go through all that stress to get to this point, but now you can move on and have your surgery! Good luck!

That's great news, badbite!! I'm very happy for you. This is another fine example of never giving up when it comes to the Insurance companies.

Now, you can concentrate on getting yourself ready for surgery!

Best of luck and keep us posted on your date.

Regards

A bit late to the party, but anyway: congratulations, badbite. That's brilliant news. Well done, you.

Looks like we might be back in synch as I've just been given a surgery date of November 3rd. Keep us posted about yours, won't you :)

I really hope I dont run into the same problem as you.. I have BCBS and they had approved my procedure in 2007 but I had to have braces longer than expected, Im scheduled for surgery this coming Tuesday and last week they asked for new records... I guess we will know on Monday! I wasn't expecting them to cover much of the surgeon's fees, but I cant afford the hospital fees on top of that!

I am more stressed by all that than the actual surgery at this point! Oh and the pharmacy totally messed up my liquid pain med order, they never ordered it last week and now they cant find the script. Another last minute fiasco. Just put me under already...!
