How much extra would the Ortho have to charge before I didn't think this was a great idea?

To be honest, I have no idea lol.
I guess I will just have to suck it and live my life with the issue because as of now I can't afford it.

I was told that i need orthognathic surgery to expand my upper mouth because it is to small ....Iam 29....I also have an overjet over cowding and an openbite....I can afford the braces but not the 15 thousand dollar surgery...I dont have insurance of course....Does anybody know of non- surgical alternitives....Iam going for a second opinion on monday....i really want to straighten my teeth Ii have for many years
