Hi I didn't notice your teeth at all! but because your face overall is so GORGEOUS!
I don't think anyone is looking at whether your smile is big or if your teeth show except yourself

I have a beautiful Russian friend and her teeth doesn't show much when she smiles, everyone is
just different in that area and I think is normal too.

You look great and I think that's all in your mind, your nose is also fine for your face
its not so much about the shape of the nose as much as that it fits the face and proportions.
