Hi, wondering if there's any before after pictures of the othordontist work.
I've been told I would need my bottom first premolars extracted aswell to make space

Sorry bimax, I do not have any pictures to post. My ortho is reluctant to remove teeth unless it is absolutely necessary so she is waiting to see what movement she can get before deciding. My view, after 5 months of braces, is that it is more likely than not that I will need them removed as there is so little scope for movement with the size of my lower jaw. So far the braces have widened both arches several mm and considerably reduced my overbite & overjet. Apparently the next step is elastics to retract my lower incisors. I will keep you posted......
